CANCELLATION POLICY:
Summer: Cancellations over 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Winter: Cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Christmas and New Years: Cancellations are required prior to October 1st for full refund.
