All rates are in $U.S. and include all Jamaican service charges and taxes.





CANCELLATION POLICY:
All year: Full refund outside of 30 days from arrival
Full refund in the event of a disaster of nature in Jamaica (ie. hurricane)
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: Loss of deposit
Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival, no shows and short stays: No refund
