Wedding Documentation
The following original documents are required a minimum of 45 days prior to the wedding date:
- Passports
- Original birth certificates and photo identification
- Original of Decree Absolute, if parties are divorced, if Degree is not the original
a certified copy must be obtained
- Original death certificate in the case of a widow or widower
- Original proof if name changed by deed poll
- Documents must be translated into English
An express fee of $100 will apply for documents received inside 45 days
