Wedding Documentation

The following original documents are required a minimum of 45 days prior to the wedding date:

Passports

Original birth certificates and photo identification

Original of Decree Absolute, if parties are devorced, if Degree is not the original
a certified copy must be obtained

Original death certificate in the case of a widow or widower

Original proof if name changed by deed poll

Documents must be translated into English

An express fee of $100 will apply for documents received inside 45 days
